    Conveyor @ Night

To centered for you? I thought the shape of the conveyor leading through the shot would work. The sky and foreground really wasn't adding anything to the shot.

Technically, I think you got this good but it isn't doing anything for me....sorry.
I think you got the exposure good....showing enough detail but not blowing out the lights too much.
Compositionally, I think you can crop the bottom almost to the bottom of the conveyor.
The diagonal works well but for me its just isn't very interesting. The lines lead my eyes to the door which is only a door and even thought I think the exposure is good there is nothing that grabs my attention.
Maybe when its not so dark so more detail can be picked out. Probably too much to ask to have somebody standing in that door.

The stair tower adds an interesting aspect to the industrial "feel" here. I would crop the bottom to the base of the girders.I like how the buildings fade into the darkness.Very well exposed.

Thanks for the crop suggestions. I have been to this power plant a few times and limited access and security keeps me from getting to close. I will keep at it. I actually took this from a cemetary. LOL

I think I am more interested in the linear composition of the staircase to the left than the belt itself....maybe if you could get in there and play around with some different angles, it would be more interesting. I see your idea here, and I like it, but I think your vantage point is not doing it justice.

Do they move the caskets on the conveyor belt?
