    Not at all strange. In fact, this would make an excellent product shot. I'm hesitant to ask what it is.

    Todd,

    Once again you have produced a great photograph. The execution is superb, I truly enjoy it. You do not seem that "green" to me considering what you have submitted here recently

    Is there any kind of post processing implied? The glass surface on which your subject take place look especially smooth. That is quite professional.

    A shot like this has to hold our interest through it's composition. This one mostly succeeds, but I would crop it more on the right. The subject would then be more properly balanced, in my opinion, with the sharply focused left side receding to the out of focus wire. Good use of DOF.

    Looks like another shot I commented on earlier - an Apple product (same colors, tones, simplistic feel). I like it and often try to get this look and feel in graphics (usually w/o success - I still have things to figure out there).

    The table / whatever it is laying on really helps the shot!
