    Emily,,have you and Alison been to the same School of Child Portrature??You guys are producing wonderful work..I prefer this one to the other one you posted..I love Sophia's expression..Great balanced lighting and it is crisp in the right places...Only a small detail,,I would have lighted or cloned out the light areas in the wood on the background to the right and maybe just lightened Sophia's face just a little...Print this one up,frame it and give it pride of place..

    BTW,,what is Sophia's ethnic origin???
