    Don,

I thought you would have taken shots of everyone in Winnipeg by now, but you keep coming up with new ones, just as interesting as the last. Another winning sequence of street photography.

The person in the second one definitely looks chilly. How far away are you from the subject when taking these photos??

I think the angle these were taken at makes them look a little snap shotty. I realize that it is street photography, but if you just squatted or stood on something, they would look much better.

The first is excellent and might look good in b/w with some texture. Or something.

    Re: Cold People

    Hi:

The first is my favorite as well. I like it in color but would love to see it as a B&W image as well. I don't think they look "Snap shotty" (is that a technical term) at all. It seems now days everyone thinks you have to shoot your subject at some extreme angle just to make it interesting. I think this fellow face says it all without the bells and whistles.

Number 1 for me. I like the composition and expression and colors. How you get that "close" with them still in their own world is great.

They are shot throgu a bus window. I have to hand focus very carefully. But i crop to magnify the image.

Yep, the first is very good. Nice and sharp with a good expression. B&W could work, worth a try.
