hmmm.... sometimes photomanipulation works and sometimes it doesnt. i like this, but i dont know. what do you guys think?

Very interesting.

As far as photo manipulation goes, what are you trying to convey? When I look at this photo I don't really see a coal mine, rather a 2 Dimensional design, especially with the dutch framing, with a dark and gloomy ghost town feeling to it.

I definetely like it.
