I like this one. You have created an attractive interior frame with the two buildings along the sides and the road beneath. The CN tower might be a little better if positioned slightly more to the left, but only a small amount.
Technically, it seems as the White Balance is off by several degrees towards being 'cool'. It is unnaturally blue, even for Toronto this time of the year. I know, I've shot there this time of the year. I like the effect reflected in the windows at the left, but the blue is just overly intense.
The photograph also appears to need some level adjustments and it could stand with some sharpening to offset the resizing.
Other than those rather minor and easily addressed issues, this is a good location and generally fine composition for this kind of photo.
I bet you could find a time or so of day or year(sun moves a lot) that could produce an outstanding image from almost this exact point.
I see what you mean about the coolness of the blues. I did add a bit of saturation to the image but I did not adjust the WB at all in post. This one was a test shot with a P&S as I am scouting for cool shots of my City's skyline and then I plan on re-shooting all the locations properlay later. There was a bit of lens distortion using the pano mode on the camera and then shooting portrait and I corrected that in post which is most likely why I missed the WB.
At least I know I am definitely on the right track now.

Jaedon, nice framing here as drg pointed out. He also hit on some of the things I immediately had issue with. A white balance correction, or even a warming filter applied here would do the trick. I think the overall comp would be a bit stronger had you stood over to your left a bit more to have more space between the building on the right and the Tower. You have just the right amount of bottom here. Very well thought out composition.
btw, are you driving the Articulated buses up there?
Thanks John I am hoping to do it tomorrow if the weather holds. If not then on Saturday morniing a little later than this shot.
Gary - Thanks for the input I will add the filter now in post and give it a look and keep the framing in mind on the re-shoot. We retired all the articulated busses 2 years ago. The winters were hard on them and the hinges were becomming a bit unstable, not to mention the steps being taht tall were nasty in the winter when they got wet lol. They are however looking at new low floored - hybrid electric - articulated busses (monster beasties - they are SO ugly lol)

Ahh, yes , the snow is rough on the artics. We put chains on the rears but they can still jackknife it one is not careful. Also having some prob;lems with the artic joints. We have the low floor hybrids and the drivers like them alot as they are pretty fast.
I am looking forward to seeing the next reshoot of the CN tower. It is a fine subject. You have done well so far, but I can imagine an even stronger image.
Keep it up.
