    Clouds

Nothing all that special but I like the clouds coming over the mountain. Also, my first time working with Aperture 2 software. Somewhere in the area around the West Elks in Colorado.

    Re: Clouds

I like it, did you use a polarizer, this can bring out the detail in clouds. I'd probably try and clone or crop out the stump f(foreground on the right), it's a bit distracting while the other 2 give some perspective. The house on the left might be a bit distracting too. S

    Re: Clouds

Actually I think the house/building gives a sense of size and place to the image.
    No, I DON'T need that.

    Re: Clouds

I would have been tempted to pull back a little to get the bottom of the fence post on the right in picture, a bit more of the building on the left in shot, and the rocks or is it flower heads on the bottom left.

I love the clouds and the mountains

    Re: Clouds

I love how low cloud formations look in mountainous areas!! I like the deep blues here. I don't care for that stump on the right as well. It woulda been nice to see another take that utilized the stumps (if there are more of them) in a perspective way, where we would get to see them going off to the horizon. I hope that makes sense.
