    Cloud Inversion at Dawn

    Oh how I wish I had my SLR with me!

    After spending the night camping up on the Snowdonia mountain range in North Wales this weekend, I was lucky enough to witness this sight at dawn.

    This pic was taken with my digital compact (Canon Ixus 65).

    SLR or not, it's still an impressive shot - I think you captured the moment.
    I like the harshness of the rocks, and the softness of the clouds bathed in early sun ! :thumbsup:

    and it must be bl-ody cold up there for camping.. the only time i see clouds like that is from an airplane window.. dawn on a welsh mountain in winter aint for me..

    shots like that are about being in the right place at the right time.. well done..
