Just a small explanation...

My friend, Stella, has a daughter called Claire.
Claire wanted her portraits taken and chose me to do them.

Stella has done photography courses at College, so, I suggested she took them instead.
She said to me, "No because Claire has asked for you and I am not a portrait person".

Well, I felt very honoured to say the least.

I took quite a few but here is one of her favourites that she had printed in a 10x8.
I added a Black and White Diffused Glow Filter in Virtual Photographer.
I would love to know what everyone here thinks

Stella came with us and took some photographs of Claire too. Hence the 2nd photograph which I took just for fun

Now you know what Claire was looking at when I took this shot. :thumbsup:

Very nice Alison. She looks happy, confident and comfortably posed. I have the teeniest little nit with a stray hair that is coming right down the center of her forehead. Clone it up to where it branches at the top of her brow and I have no other complaints.
