This is a nice moody shot with noise added for effect (I think). It does remind me of the old camera days. It may be a littler under exposed - but this may be what you were going for. I am not sure about the horizon being in the middle - more sky or water may have worked a little better. Overall a pleasing, moody image.

I had to look at this as a pure piece of art, and overall I do like it. Horizon does split the picture which is a problem, but have a large foreground dock like that helps to counter it somewhat. The grain is a little overdone for me. If it's natural camera noise then no problem, but if added in post I would reduce it a little. It somewhat looks like the photocopier didn't work quite right . Also, good job on getting the dog on there.
