    Chimney In A Field

I really would like some feedback on this one. Shot with a Vivicam P&S, so the DOF is very limited. The color on this was horrible, mainly the sky looking washed out instead of bright blue. I cropped a bunch of empty space out of the original shot, and aplied an aged newspaper filter to it for the sepia toning. I really miss my SLR....sigh.

Anyhow, was it a complete waste of time, or is it worthy of saving, maybe printing?

    Hi Fadder,

I like the idea but the image is flat, contrast needs bumping. The focus on my monitor is way out.

It's missing to much detail. The trees distract from the chimeny.

It's not your monitor... the brick is not focused very well.... guess this one goes to the circular file. Maybe I can get back out to where I took this one day this fall, and get a better set up. I had to shoot this one from inside the car due to traffic.
