    Cherry Blossom Rider.

This was Friday morning with fog rolling in. The crowds are way too thick to try this for the next couple of weeks.

Drifting fog will do that, sometimes you get lucky.

Very nice framing and soft focus effect created by the fog, love the warm colors too.

    Love the soft color.
Only wish that branch wasn't on top of his/her head and the puddle wasn't there.

    Re: Cherry Blossom Rider.

nice framing indeed. minor nitpick would be that the branch is too close to their head. a second earlier woulda been nicer imo. but nicely captured/

You were blessed to be in the right place at the right time --- this is terrific! I agree that the tree limb is too close to the rider but, otherwise, you got the shot ---

    Re: Cherry Blossom Rider.

I agree about the branch being a bit near the rider's head. Cloning part of it out could work.

I love how the dark branches contrast with vibrant green and soft, dark pink.

Different than your normal shots MB. I like the diversion. The colors are very soothing. I think the rider works but I do wish he was a bit lower in the frame (closer). Anyway - good catch

Nice photo, love the misty softness. I could see this picture in a magazine dictating the "good life".
