    Chaseing tail

So my neighbors dog stopped in the middle of a crawling on the ground dandellion macro session (hence the white crap on my pants). I snapped these for fun, Oly E-510 14-42 kit lens F3.5 Aperture priority.

I think I will eventually brighten her face a bit in PS, but let me know what you think about them for now. Does it work?

Great shot. I think the second one works a little better as her face seems more in focus.

I too prefer the second. The little splash of the dog collar in #2 is a welcome addition.

I prefer the second one aswell, it gives me a instant feeling of happiness, fun and games with men's best friend, also very creative shooting.

    Well done

Thanks for all the compliments/comments. I guess a photo doesn't have to be technically perfect to work. However I think I am going to try this shot again, but with a smaller aperture to increase the DOF and hopefully tighten the focus up a bit.

Maybe I'll hold a dog treat in my hand and hold it higher to get her to look up more.

Dogs and cameras are such a fun combination.
Please ask before editing my photos, I'll say yes

I like to take the pictures...

Good for you for trying out something different and I feel it works pretty well.
