Yes, he certainly is! Fun shot Chow, for critique of this image alone I would say it needs a crop. But even more fun, really work with your new kitty and see if you can re-create the circumstances so that you could catch her from another angle. Like underneath!

This is a cool picture. I would agree that a tighter crop would be nice.

    Well caught,

A bit busy and I agree with the crop - Is it my eyes or is the cat a bit out of focus?

Thanks! I think that I will have to play around with him, and try some different angles. I like the idea of underneath. He plays like this every night so it shouldn't be too hard to get. (LOL, Now it will be impoosible!)

Here he is cropped a bit. He is probably a bit out of focus because he was bouncing around like a little psycho! LOL Plus, my lighting wasn't great. I think I will set up my lighting kit and try to get a better, brighter picture of him "flying".

Really nice, Chow. This is an adorable shot. The cropped image works much better, I think. Trying to catch him at different angles would be interesting.

Great action capture, Chow. Not to be the only one to disagree with everyone else, but I like the loose crop. It adds perspective to the shot and it implies motion as if the kitten is flying forward and trying to put his paws down to land.

Thank you!! I like both the cropped and the uncropped. I am anxious to see if I can get a reshot of him from a different angle and with better lighting. He is on restriction right now because he just got fixed but as soon as he is better we will have a re shoot! Thanks for all the comments!!

Too cute!! I like the uncropped version for the same reason as Sean, though I agree that a different background (and shallower DOF) would have worked far better here. Can't wait to see more of bounder!
