    I like the closeup. Very intense. The top has the cat in an interesting position looking back but for some reason I can't figure out it just isn't doing it for me.

    The top one, I think, looks a little soft. I'm with Dan, and I think that's why.

    The bottom has great potential. Looks like it could use a bit of a curves adjustment to really bring up the white. Also, if you've ever seen any of the tutorials on eye enhancment (which I normally don't like), that might give you a really cool effect.

    The bottom cat looks like she/he's pretending to be a lion. I like it a lot...particularly the nose.

    The pose of the top cat is great...but the problem for me is the crop. It seems to close to the ear at the top, and there's a tiny sliver of space above the wood as well, and it throws off the picture for me.
