The second shot is improved.....deeper, richer color.
I think it would be better if the car were closer to its background thus eliminating power poles and washed out sky.
Great shot, esp # 2. This one really calls for a large image, so it's good that you linked it to something larger than 800 px.
Incredible contrast, vibrant colors, good supporting characters w/ the buildings, etc.
The only thing that I would do, even though it would take some time, would be to remove those poles and lines in the back upper left. I think it would be a great portfolio shot w/o them !!!!!!!!!!!!!

definitely feelin it without power lines and such. Give that feeling its ur get away car and ur out in the middle of no where :P
But i too love this picture. Im a clean car and photography kinda guy.. so it fits the bill for me

I have to say, my first impression was "...Well, it's a house...and it's a car..." but I do like the powerline free version much better, however the sky needs *something*. You've got great composition, near perfect exposure, beautiful reflection lines, and a blah sky to frame it. Maybe cranking up the contrast on the open areas (getting in and around those trees would be a genuine nightmare) maybe negatize parts of it to give a more dark sinister feeling, I just don't know.
I do see HUGE possiblities for that garage out back too, sort of an "out of the ashes, blew the doors off" kinda thing. Might consider cloning out that singular weed coming up beside the right front marker light as well.
i really do prefer #3's blue sky to the old one. NOW maybe some hot chicks washing it down?? Haha, no but really, This is a Clean Ride and a Clean picture. I cant see any other changes it would need, i think u pretty much have the important necessities in your shot now. Maybe next time with a HDR backdrop?

I really like the final version, though I do admit that the power lines created a sense of depth the way they slightly receded. I'll ask Talia if she wants to be the hot car-washing chic for ya..
