The girl in the back ground is very distracting to this viewer. Other wise a very engaging image.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Yes, while I think the shot would probably be better without her, since she was accidental, it does sort of fit in the capture a stranger idea. But she is too small to really declare her presence as the subject and is overwhelmed by the statue.

Now I have to wonder what terms of use were violated.

Not sure what you mean Frog? You not supposed to use photos of strangers without their permission?

    Re: Captured

You know what, I seriously suspect they cut it out, because it has a penis in it. Amazing. I don't know this for a fact. It could have been a copyright violation, but I am unaware of any prohibition on photographing that sculpture in a public space.

They do have a term that disallows photographs of people whose permission you don;t have to photograph them. That is, in principle, reasonable, but in practice ludicrous in a street scene. Also, they have no way of knowing one way or the other.

I have other photos of public art in that site, so the only thing I can conclude is that it was the penis. Utterly utterly pathetic. But whatever. Their rules...

Thats unbelievable...so if you happened to have some pics from your recent Rome vacation, you probably could not share more than half of them through photobucket...priceless...

    Re: Captured

Yeah, I think that is right. But there are sites like this one that will let you do so with a flag.
