Cindy, I think this comp suffers from too much centeredness, which often works with reflections, but because the reflection is broken I don't think reflected plume of steam is very important here. The mill seems to be listing to the right, but that might be implied due to the sloping RR track. Cloning out the power lines would be helpful. I think a crop of about 3/4 of the original, eliminating some of the lower and right-hand portion, makes the mill more prominent and the image more interesting.
