    Callaway Gardens

I was there for their hot air balloon festival. Photographed the glow by the lake tonight.

Beautiful shots, Yaniv. Processing looks good, but all three seem to be listing to the right a bit. As much as I like the reflections in the 2nd image, I think I like the 3rd best because the activity around the balloons comes alive.

Love the blue period. Nice stuff. Like Bryan said watch your horizon. It's OK to shoot it crooked, a lot of us would admit it's happened a time or 2 or 100...easy to fix in post...

I can see what you were trying to do on the first one, get the moon in the shot. A trick I use is to take a nice zoomed in picture of the moon and then PS it into the shot. That way you have a perfectly exposed moon the size you want it and where you want it. I actually have a couple of moon shots saved on my hard drive just for the purpose. You can even put the moon in light cloud cover and drop the opacity and get a very moody feel.
I think on the first one you are just to far away and losing the viewers eye roaming around with to much dead space. The second two are splendid. I love the colors and exposure.

I see what you're all saying about the horizon. It was late when I processed these, probably should have waited until I was more awake, lol.

Greg, unfortunately, I currently don't have a long enough lens to get a good moon shot, so I had to make do with what I do have. I like the shot, but I can see your point as well.

    Thanks, guys.
