    I like this. Its the composition that makes it a good shot.
    Too much glare off the signs is only thing I see that could be better.

    very nice long exposure ! great sky line

    I would have liked the sky/clouds in the deep blue color one can get between sunset and before total darkness

    thanks... yep I that would be one ideal weather . Skies were not cooperating though it was cloudy and there was on and off rain.... so I was really taking a chance with my gear.

    Nice night shot and as said above nice composition and exposure, but as Frog stated the signs take some of the attention, I might suggest playing with the burn tool or some sort of selective adjustment on the to make them darker...less obvious and you are set.
