Well, to me, the picture looks out of focus and over exposed.
I would suggest taking another picture.

An unusual flower shot. There're blown highlights, which most would say are bad espcially when they're in large and critical areas of the photos. I don't see a lot of focused areas and details. But then, I've seen fine art photos that are kind of like that (have to admit I don't know what art means). Without knowing what you intended to show, I assume whatever you're showing here is a result of your artistic decision.

The only part that's in focus runs right into a large blown highlight, which just leaves my eye confused, not knowing what to look at. I think more of the flower in focus and fixing the blown out portions would make it much better, to my eye.

After looking at all ur comments...
I gotta agree with most of them...
Maybe focusing all of the flower would have been better and less exposure on the burnt out part..

    Thanks all

Actually I see an interesting part of the stamen in focus but I agree with the over exposed part and I think there is too much contrast here too.

    I do like the composition.
    No, I DON'T need that.

I think I would like to see the flower in color however. That way, I wouldnt mind the bright center part.
