    butterfly with 35mm Nikkor

    I just got a new lens - and my first prime (digital anyway). I have really enjoyed different types of interesting photography (especially portraits) once can do with this lens. This one was a shot of a butterfly close up ...comments are always welcome.

    You might try punching up the highlights a little to add some detail to your butterfly, Jeff

    The pose is great. too bad it's a white butterfly, i think a strongly coloured one would've made this already good shot even better.

    Nice composition and lighting. Maybe you should make this picture more sharp. Great work!
