This I like especially with the chap on a mobile and the antiques sign.
The symmetry calls and the bench being off counterbalances the walker.
One thing I think you should consider well two things really, 1. straighten the photo its just slightly out if you look at the top bricks. and 2. the dark strip in the road is bothersome as it seem to cut the photo off when you look at it. Its just too striking.
Otherwise its a good capture.

Tuna, this has your signature all over it. Very good find and capture. I think Roger brings up a good suggestion about the foreground area. However, I feel that with the right frame around this image, that street area will come together and be less distracting. Good stuff, as always.
