Good lighting and a classic subject.
You picked a perfect time of day to take the photo...very nice colors on the bridge and surrounding area.
However, I think you captured a bit too much water and would have had a stronger image if you would have had more sky. If you cropped some of the water out, that would also help.

Yes, crop the image somewhere just below the rough water in the middle of the river. Maybe right above the white-cap-rapid as it is a bit distracting. Use your scroll bar to move the image in the browser and see the results.
When you find a scene like this shoot multiple compositions, more sky-less water, more water-less sky, vertical, panoramic of the whole bridge etc.
What camera/lens and settings did you use?
Nice exposure and 'magic hour' lighting. Keep posting!
