    Looks over-sharpened, Don.
    Whites might be a little bit crushed, but not far off.

    I like it, the birds seem to be daring the waves ... or waiting for wave-borne snacks.

    Thanks. It may be a little sharpened but it brings out the water particles.

    I think it's great, you've caught the splash without making it a complete wash which is nice. Those gulls are getting a shower out of it I guess. The water must have sand in it as it's a bit yellow or is that color boost? S

    Don,

    A dramatic shot for certain. But you have to agree the sharpening is a bit harsh. If you use one touch of sharpening, just touch this photo with contrast and tone down with brightening, you will achieve the same result without the distortion. Give it a try, I think you will see a big difference in this photo. Just a suggestion. I like it though, I like the water action at lower right more than the splash.
