The title sums this photo perfectly. However, seeing more of the boats racing would allow the viewer to make more sense of the photo and what the boys were doing.

Other than that it looks good to me

You've captured the moment nicely here. I even like the fact that something mysterious caught the attention of the 2 kids on the left. The only improvement I see is to slightly deepen the blacks here. It's a bit grey.

i kind of agree - i think the shots good, but maybe changing the title to "boys at play" or something the sort. "boys will be boys" will bring the question to your viewer - what are the boys doing? the title implies more involvement then what hte photo offers. however, the title "boys at play" implies more of an observers standpoint - which is, i think, more fitting to the image.
