    Shiney...HAHA first thought into my head. My second impression is that it looks tilted. Third a panoramic shot would show the whole building instead of cutting it off. The building looks stuffed into the shot. Another good shot might be a close up of the statue thats in the center lower left of the shot.

    Go Army! In other words I agree with most of what she said.

    I think the contrast is too high and you don't need all that empty sky at the top of the frame. I'd prefer more steps and less sky but if this is all you have to work with you might try cropping some of the sky.
    No, I DON'T need that.
