    Blue, pink & silver.

The last of the cherry trees are blossoming. Actually it looks like a pink snowfall right out the back door.

Add a bike and this is what I got.

I like it! The colors and shapes make this for me. It seems quite abstract for you, a nice stretch IMO. I bet your MTB forum will eat this one up.

I agree with Cindy. Did you use a wide angle here? The saturation is great and the DOF as well. Nice job

Another winner! The DOF draws me into the pic.

Wow, very powerful and impressive MB. My only criticism would be that it could use more lighting on the left side, where the bike frame fades out. The pink is so strong here.. looks like a breast cancer walk poster. Nice job

Nicely composed and the colours are exquisite.

Thanks but not unusual at all.

    I'm glad you like it.

The great bulk of my non-commercial photography is cycling related and I have taken hundreds or thousands of pix like this over the years (I just haven't posted them here).

The difference with this one is I thought about it for a year before the conditions were right instead of my usual "spur of the moment" bicycle pix.

I didn't plan this exact shot, I just planned to shoot my bike when the blossoms coated the ground. I thought the colors and textures would really complement each other.

    Looks like I was right.

I LOVE this shot. The colors are amazing and the DOF is purposeful and well planned.
