    Bled, Slovenia.

The town of Bled in Slovenia is a little known gorgeous destination. Lush Green, mountainous and full of lakes and rivers. It is the undiscovered Switzerland in my opinion. And it's not expensive! If you're around north Italy give this place a visit. It's about 3-4 hours on train from Venice.

Kinda like watching the Travel channel with your posts. Another great landscape. I like the blue tone to everything here.

What a very beautiful image. I wouldn't change a thing.

Liban; this is so good that it will seem unfair of me to make a suggestion for an alteration. I think a crop from the bottom to about half inch below the reflection of the mountain would make what is an already beautiful photograph an even better one.

Beautiful and serene. Well done. Toms crop could improve but then I think I would want to crop a bit of the left to keep this aspect ratio as it works well for this.

    Congrats on the featured photo!

I was thinking about the crop, and if you do Overbeyond's suggestion then I would agree that you would have to do gahspidy's suggestion - which then of course would remove the church/castle/tower/building from the thirds intersection... so I am undecided on which would be better.

Alex, Tom, Gary and nick Thanks guys I appreciate your suggestions and comments. Also Thanks for the sticky

Yeah I agree Nick, If I cropped this it would change the position of the church and the horizon line from the thirds. Having said that I shot other photos of this place that are to Tom's liking with his suggested crop.

    Thanks again guys.

Congratulations! I wouldn't change a thing, I think you were at just the right time of day and love that you have the detail of the snow on the mountains in the distance, well deserved featured photo!!

WOW im jealous. I just wish i could take a picture half as good as this one. Croping it would cut off a bit of the excess but it really doesnt need it. This shot is amazing, if i ever get to travel to the area i definatly want to look this place up. Congratulations!!!
