Good tones....the sky isn't too blown out.
Again the composition is lacking. There seems to be no subject other than the branches and they are a jumble with no leading lines or focal point.
Now if there were a bird or squirrel or basketball or something in one of the branches it would draw my eye and give me a focal point from which to explore.
