Thats different, nice effect with the water. The borders are a little bit dark for me..I think you could crop some off all sides and maybe accentuate the bird better.

I do wish that the bird was a little sharper and the picture a bit brighter, but great and unique idea for a pic. I like the dark edges but I do think that there may be a tad to much of them.
Also try to straighten it based on where the waterfall hits the creek bed.
