These are my two little sisters. Do you like this shot or is it too simple? Is the crop ok?

You cut the blonds head off which is too bad as I think the composition could use about the same amount of sky above them as you have to the left of the black hand. I also think your white balance is off a tad as the whole image looks a little grey.

OTOH this is really good and they look happy and great together.

Besides what MB said, I think they way you used the background makes them seem like they're on top of the world!! which is wonderful and powerful and I think compliments their facial expressions well. But yes I would give the top&right a bit more room.
