    No I don't feel you over did the red at all (at least on this monitor). I like the berries and the snow, and how they show in the snow. I am not sure on how the wood interacts with the other two... I would crop it out. Then I'd play with it and see if you can brighten up the image a bit, looks sort of drab like it was taken when the sun was starting to go down. Or your meter could have been fooled by the snow.

    I hear Britain is getting some super cold weather, and snow. Bad to all but ski slopes and photographers

    The red is brilliant. Center of interest isn't clear. Would probably be created with selective contrast.
