Some fantastic shots there! You seem to have a good eye.

Remember your rule of thirds and you'll go a long way
Feel free to post the pictures to the forum, some people are too lazy to click on the link. If you don't know how, someone will point you in the right direction, if not I will

Welcome to the forum, santosh. As danic said, it's best to post an image to your thread so that we can look and take the time to make a comment and critique.
Your seem to have an eye for composition but need to refine it some. Some shots are cut off on the bottom too much, some centered a bit and others should not include the front of a car or other unwanted object.
Take a look at our Critique forum guide lines at top of the page.
Looking forward to seeing more of your photos.

    Re: beginner-review please

You have to use the go advanced tab to insert a photo. Maybe someday they'll get rid of that msn insert image button up there.
For me the easiest way to insert a photo is to go the 'go advanced tab and then I click the paper clip on top which will bring up a window which allows you to browse the photos on your computer. They can be inserted from places like flikr but I don't know that method.

Here's wikipedia's definition of the rule of thirds: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rule_of_thirds
Like all rules it can be broken but you/we should all understand it so we know why we are breaking it when we do. One shot that stands out in your group is the figure on the beach at sunset. You have him dead center and the photo would be more appealing if he was to the left. Your horizon is also right in the middle of the frame and would be better higher in this case. Nice color in that shot.
    Keep Shooting!

    Re: beginner-review please

Frog gave you the right approach to inserting a picture in the thread. Also, you must make sure the image you are trying to insert meets the specifications. One is that the image should be no more than 800 pixels at the longest side, and second that the file size not exceed 293 kb.
