I really like this one. The line up of the buildings, road leading off into the mountains, the church. All very nice. Only thing I don't care so much for is the slight halo around the capital building. Otherwise, very nice city scape with some very nice clouds.
That's not really enough of a response for the Photo Critique forum, Don. I'm a stickler about everyone who responds on this forum taking the time to really offer some useful criticism. You benefit, too. If you just say, "neat," or, "I like it;' you're selling yourself short. One of the secrets about true critique is the critic benefits as much - or even more than the photographer/artist. The process of analyzing and articulating your feelings about an image helps you understand yourself and your own photography better.
Love it. Great range of mid tones here. Seems everything is perfectly exposed. Although, I think a bit more contrast might add a bit of punch to make it better. I'm relooking at this and I wouldn't know where to add the contrast.. ok the problem for me about this shot is that it looks flat even with the implied and great depths. I really don't know how to fix that. The contrast was just one idea and rethinking if that would even work.
