    A Bear and his Ball

Is this cropped too tight? Included the original, what do you guys think?

I would actually encourage a landscape crop with the bear and the drift wood and avoid centering him too much. Also, it looks pretty soft from my end...any room for some sharpening?

Its pretty nice getting a shot of an active bear at the zoo other than when they are being fed. I have to agree that it is too soft on his face and maybe add that we can't see his eyes as well. However, the driftwood does seem interesting, maybe try a crop to it and the face?

definitely do the horizontal crop, and do it slightly looser as well. I think the sharpness looks good, but maybe not enough detail on the bears face for him to fill up that much of the frame.
