    It is an interesting image.

    I don't post much, and I'm certainly not an expert, but I have fallen out of infatuation with the crappy camera movement. I used to do stuff with pinhole cameras made out of oatmeal canisters, mounting lensboard pinholes on large format, et cetera.

    This image reminds me of one reason I don't like blurry images anymore. They're blurry. Subject matter, composition, and lighting still matter. I think this image has the potential to be a great one taken at a different time of day and with a different camera. This image requires details to be understood and your equipment limits you there.

    It isn't bad, just not my cup of tea anymore. If you want to shoot with your Holga, go find a nice big meadow of springy flowers and try the impressionist angle.

    The thing about Holga cameras is that the image is about the composition. I like the diagonal line created between the lantern and the straw umbrella.

    it kinda reminds me of those photos from my father while he was in Vietnam
