    Smile a beach in costa rica

    Here is the view from the hammock I was napping on. i tweeked the colors a bit so the picture wasnt so shadowy. Anyone have any suggestions ?

    I like silhouettes...some don't. In this case you have silhouetted trees part in and part off frame on both sides. Personally I would have eliminated the 2 trees on left and got the trunk of the curved tree on right totally in frame.
    Not much you can do about the ocean being such a dull color but someone may correct me on this.
    I do bet it brings warm memories of that hammock though.

    I think this would be a lot nicer with some of the hammock (and perhaps your legs and feet (or a hat)) in the image.
    No, I DON'T need that.

    My biggest concern is the large blob of leaves in the top center of the shot. I know that others may disagree, but I also like to see horizons level unless they're really off level and are done intentionally - I don't see that here. Also, as MB says, there's nothing in this photo that says hammock. Somehow show us that that's what this shot is about.
