In the first 2 you didn't do a good job of seperating the statue from the background. I'd go back and reshoot the last image a twilight when the tree lights are on but there is still a bit of color in the sky.
Another suggestion is to possibly use a fill flash on the tree to make it stand out.
I think MB is right the lights need to be on in the last one.
I do like the first especially the contrasting murial in the background. A minor point is that it would have been better if the antler didn't merge with the green grass. Possibly an edit to alter things subtly may work otherwise a change of position for the reshoot.
