    Barn and Horses

Taken in Jackson, California --- a stop along the roadside grab shot.

Quite a nice shot. I'm sure someone will say to get rid of the power pole but I don't thin it hurts. It is as it is. I do wish the wire didn't show though even if it is contradictory of myself.
I would try to clone out the pole growing out of the left horse's neck.
Nice shot and the colors are great.
    Keep Shooting!

    Re: Barn and Horses

It's a beautiful scene on a lovely day. I don't mind the power line or poles either. My only critique of this image as it is here on the web is that it is too tightly cropped. I would suggest opening it up slightly all around if you have more image to work with.
    Very nice nonetheless.

    Hey PRB,

I like this shot. I agree about it being a bit too tight. I love the contrast the red barn makes with all the green surrounding it.

Hi PRB, nice shot, color seems a tad strong on my screen and I'm sorry but I'd lose the frame for me doesn't do anything for the shot and actually is distracting hence making he crop look tighter than it maybe is. Cheers, S.

Being as new as I am, I could not have analyzed your picture as the previous posters have done. Now that they have said it, I would agree with their suggestions. For a grab-a-shot, though, I am impressed. Good eye for a beautiful shot!

Thank you for your input on this one. It was just a roll down the window, point and shoot type shot taken while traveling through the country in Northern California. I should have tried to get a wider view, thanks for pointing that out.
