I like #1 the best, I don't know if I like the duck in the dead center of the photo though. #2. Having 3 ducks in the picture and only 1 (back right) seeming to be in focus bothers me a bit. #3. The focus point seems to be off. One thing I have learned (but not always executed well) is to have the eyes/face of the subject in focus, it seems to me that part of the back is what is in focus. The back is a little bright to. Just my 2¢

1 and 2 I think. No 2 could use a crop - especially on the left, but the bird flapping is a nice touch and I don't have a problem with the background birds. Not sure how sharp it is though. No 3, I think, is a problem. The head isn't sharp and the grass (especially over the head) spoils it for me.
