It is a fairly nice composition but the sky seems a little grainy/noisy and that touch of a tree in the bottom right corner is either too little or too much.

I'm thinking if you crop this bad boy into a portrait format with the tether just to the left of the bottom left corner and the tree gone it might really improve the overall.....

brighten the balloons - the blue is almost black, reduce the sky noise and yes - like he said, clone that tree out. Good capture, good angle!
