Balcony chairs

Shot this at work - yes ! another photo without motorsport in it !
Ground level is 3rd floor.
The chairs and table are on the 5th floor walkway.
Side view shot from 5th floor
Top view shot from 6th floor.
General view (last image) shot from 4th floor.

I don't think I really get the feeling of height I wanted in the top view.
But I like the symmetry (highlighted by the asymmetric colour) of the side shot.

Any suggestions for improvement?
