    bad day

Posted this on my FB to find it made some people sad, which actually made me kind of happy.

I find this fascinating, and at the same time just a little sinister. The question is, why is the teddy bear is laying on the road ....

Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...

I have no issues with you editing my photos

We have a city market every Friday. This was an open area under a bridge where I'm guessing a very disappointed child lost his toy.

The only thing that I don't like is the grey vignette/sky. I think it should be white/blown out. Otherwise it's great - comp, perspective, colors, everything. And it's emotionally-charged - a sad shot. Very effective that way.

Did you take the bear (back to a lost and found or something - not for yourself )?

Yes, sad. But also a bit angry. Angry like the Teddy Bear in the new "Ted" movie at times.

I hadn't noticed the grey/vignette. This is pretty much sooc. I wouldn't quite put it at "Ted" status ; ). My fiance suggested it was like the bear in Toy Story.

I find the composition and shallow Depth of Field works very very well for this image.
    I like it.
I find the overall colour alittle bit flat, but I guess it works alright for the theme of this photo...
