    Backyard Experiments
Not quite 100% sure what I was trying for with these. Just experimenting a little. Was leaning towards an abstract feel I guess. What do you guys/gals think?

the selective color in #1 is good. I'd crop from the left a bit, not a lot, just a little

    #2:
Nice bokeh. (learned a new word yesterday) :D
Composition is good, maybe one F stop smaller to bring the rest of your dandelion in focus.

    #3
Good as is, great colors, lack of single focal point is fine to have this image work as a background, but any photo can be improved with the inclusion of a kitten.

#3 is my favorite. Vibrant coloring.

    You've a colorful backyard.

try #3 with a manual focal point of a bout 2 ft and create some more cool bokeh!

Tried it. Didn't come out good. The layers of leaves were all too close together so it was just a fuzzy mess :( Might work better when I finally get around to getting a 50mm f/1.8. But f/3.5 with this lens was too soft wide open and just didn't work unfortunately.
