    Interesting shot. I love the color...the purple is very strong and I love the black and white contrast. My only concern would be is the butterfly seems a tad harsh on the black and white (especially around the wings). I'd recommend using a blur or something just to soften the effect.

    There have been some fantastic images made in this style. Keep on experimenting. My critic on this photo is less is more.

    I am not against the idea but I would personally go for less saturation. I really like how bright and detailled both the butterfly and the flowers at the top are.
