I'm not sure about this picture. I think that it could be better without the towel holder in the front of the picture, it does start to lead your eye in to the picture but I find in quite distracting when looking at the picture overall. Also the lady appears to be a little blurry compared to the table next to her.
I think the b&w does work but if the rail was not in the picture.
The Overall lighting in the picture is very nice though.
