    Attempt at light writing

    Dear All,

After being inspired by a post on the Veiwfinder forum I decided to try my hand at light writing. Taken with a Canon A 80. 15sec. f8, various film speeds.

    Thoughts and comments welcome.

    Re: Attempt at light writing

The third photo has it, definitely the best of the bunch for me.

The first I feel is overexposed, and the double body image is distracting.
A single body like the last one would be better for me, or a lot of bodies.
I can't put my finger on why two is too many and not enough, strange.

The second, there isn't any body, just a few streaks of light. Not an interesting enough pattern to the light, or for me, enough of it.

That third picture looks like it could be, maybe a poster for modern dance?
Movement from the light trails, yet what appears a shadowy still body image.

Your third pic is really neat. Why don't you post it in the Art section of PR? It definitely belongs there! Great work.

    Thanks for the inspiration.

    Thanks for all the fish!

    Dear All,

Thanks for all the replys. I enjoy the input very much.

I wasn't sure my pictures qualified as art to tell the truth, but then again, who am I to judge?
