I like the idea but I wish that all of the leaf edges were soft instead of the few that have odd hard edges.

It's interesting, but the center thingie makes it look like a sci-fi movie effect. perhaps with a border (color ?) it might give it some placement.

This image may be a good candidate for some wild post processing filters, btw
