A very well composed street shot. It tells a good story. I also like the slight color cast instead of neutral grey. It might be a little bright but it could be my monitor.

with gerry...and I like the slight blur of the tools...it puts you right there with him... I really like this shot---don't know about the Charlie Brown tree but what can you do you can't ask it to move huh?

How is it you have been able to travel to some of theese places?

    clifford's shot

    Hello Clifford,
Pretty great shot I must say, the tone you chose works quite well, although I can't tell if he is just a happy man or knew that you were taking the photo. Probably just takes pride in his work. I don't know.

Ha! Nat I love that Lucille Ball sketch. One of my all time favourites - that and the chocolate factory. How funny that i`m reminded of it on here at 2.46 a.m in the U.K!

Thanks gerry and Nat. Not sure about the brightness - seems o.k on mine. The plant also disturbs me and I wondered about knuckling down with the clone tool in PS but didn`t have the stamina! Maybe thats a nice job for someone who loves doing that kind of thing? Nah, though not.

As for traveling to these far destinations there are a few reasons:

Don`t drink, don`t party, don`t spend $400.00 on shoes, no kids, one small Jack Russell terrier to support, a simple and frugal life and as a result the funds to support my travel addiction......oh, and here in the U.K we get proper holidays - not your 3 weeks like in the U.S (although i`m self employed so that doesn`t really count - here in the U.k we get 5 weeks). I know....that hurts doesn`t it?
